Easy Street Step 1

I wanted to keep up, I really did. I just couldn’t find a suitable gray, and of course it was used in the very first step. I settled for a brown instead, got as far as cutting the strips, and just couldn’t convince myself that it would work. Not because of the color, but because it was too dark. It’s pretty clear when placed next to the gray I found a couple of weeks later.

Why I Prewash

This was a 10×10 dime from a layer cake. It’s now 10×9.5 after going through a wash cycle and the dryer in a lingerie bag.
